Ocwen Financial Corporation, through its subsidiaries PHH Mortgage and Liberty Reverse Mortgage, services and originates mortgage loans. Our company has sought to lead the industry toward a more customer-oriented process that respects the interests and rights of homeowners, investors and regulators alike.
We are committed to providing personalized care and solutions to help our customers save money, build equity and – most importantly – stay in their homes. We understand that for many people, their home is their largest asset and the main contributor to their family wealth.
At Ocwen we know that there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution for our customers facing financing challenges.
We work directly with our customers to explore a full range of options for loan modification. Independent data confirms that a large majority of the homeowners we help with a modified or adjusted loan succeed in turning their situation around. At Ocwen we know that there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution for our customers facing financing challenges.
That is Caring in Action.
In 2014, Ocwen created a Community Advisory Council (the “Council”) to provide a forum for Ocwen leaders and community advocates to share ideas, discuss policy issues and collaboratively identify opportunities for Ocwen to continue its positive impact on local communities, particularly those hit hardest by the economic downturn.
The Council is comprised of a diverse group of national, regional and local nonprofit housing counseling, community development and civil rights organizations from across the country.
Ocwen understands how important homeownership is to our customers and communities across America. We care for millions of mortgage customers every day and have helped more than 800,000 families stay in their homes. We help find real solutions that preserve homeownership and build stronger communities guided by a simple philosophy we call “Caring in Action.”
Caring in Action means working with all community stakeholders to maintain the quality of life in their communities.
By helping our customers stay in their homes and protect their largest asset, we are helping keep neighborhoods intact and communities strong. By helping our customers stay in their homes and protect their largest asset, we are helping keep neighborhoods intact and communities strong.Learn more
